支那そば きび 神田本店【閉店】＠神田小川町

　夜は、飲んだ後にたまに行くんですけど、昼は久しく来ていなかったのでこちらへ。
　１１時４０分頃で並ばずに席に座れましたがほぼ満席。
　相変らずの人気店です♪
　いつも限定やつけ麺しか食べてなかったので、今回は久々にちゃあしゅうそばの塩を注文してみました。


　出てきた塩そばは、鶏と魚介の風味がじんわりときいていて美味いねぇ♪
　塩加減もちょうど良く今日のスープもいけてますなぁ。
　真ん中にある刻みネギを混ぜてネギ塩にして頂きましょう。
　チャーシューはとろっとろに柔らかくて、いつもどおりの美味しさ♪
　麺は緩いウェーブの中太麺で、前はもう少し細かったように感じたのは気のせいでしょうか。
　久々の塩はやはり美味しかった！
　ゆっくり出来ないから今度はやはり夜来よ〜っと。ｗ
